About Our Company

Hanif Vocational Training Center (HVTC) is the largest employment agency in Bangladesh, with over 16 years of experience in providing skilled manpower to various sectors globally. Specializing in the construction and infrastructure industry, HVTC has supplied workforce to significant mega projects funded by JICA in Bangladesh. Some of these key projects include the Dhaka Metro Rail Line-6, Padma Multipurpose Bridge, and Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpa Nagar (BSMSN), an economic zone in the Chittagong division. Currently, HVTC is engaged in the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Project (HSIA) Terminal 3, employing over 4,000 workers.

Dentz Daniel William Lucien

Advisor

Over forty years of experience in building construction worldwide, specialising in architectural trades and the stone industry, with airport project records including Karachi and Orly West (Paris). Sixteen years resident in Singapore, contributing to HDB projects, MRT stations (Dhoby Ghaut, Newton Circus, Orchard) and landmark hotel and retail developments.

Md. Ashrafuzzaman Kawser

Project Manager

Over a decade of diverse experience spanning residential developments to large-scale infrastructure. Currently serving as Construction Manager for the Aviation Dhaka Consortium (ADC) HSIA Terminal 3 project. Prior roles include Civil Manager, QA/QC Engineer and Site Engineer with CRCC (China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation) and Italian-Thai Development Public Company Ltd. Holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Information Technology & Science.

Md. Arifuzzaman

HSE Manager

A graduate in Public Health with a major in Occupational Health and Environment, with over 10 years of national and international experience on multinational mega-projects. Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 and Environmental Sustainability. Career highlights include Safety Officer on the National Data Center project, Safety Officer on the Dhaka Metro Rail Line-6 with the Italian-Thai-Japanese Sumitomo Mitsui consortium, and HSE Safety Manager on the First Dhaka Elevated Expressway with Sinohydro Corporation.
